The Hemp Beauty franchise has opened in Los Angeles, California.
“We have had some great feedback on the product from our local area,” the company told ABC News.
“We are excited to offer our customers a great selection of facial care products that will keep their skin looking its best all year long.”
The company also sells products like “hemp cream,” “hemicream,” and “helicoam,” which are made of hemp oil, and “hydrolamidizer,” which is made from a mixture of coconut oil and coconut oil.
The Hemp Beauty line is the latest in a line of products created by the brand.
In September, the brand announced a partnership with the University of California at Los Angeles to develop a line called Hemp Beauty, which was announced in September 2016.
Hemp Beauty was a collaborative effort between the University, which will receive $1 million from the university for the creation of the new line, and the brand, which also will receive a $1.5 million grant from the state.
Earlier this year, the university and the Hemp Beauty brand announced plans to develop an industrial hemp plant in the U.S. to help create a new industry for the cannabis industry.
