The face and scalp are home to a lot of cellulite.

So much so, that it is sometimes hard to get enough sleep, and many women with facial cellulitus worry about how much sleep they will get to.

And that’s why a lot people have tried facial care in the past: it can help.

But that’s not the whole story, says Laura Hays, a certified massage therapist, author, and board certified massage therapy specialist. 

Hays is a co-author of the new book, The Face and Scalp: The Truth About Your Body.

Hays believes that facial care is a key component of any massage therapy program because it helps heal and soothe the skin, and also soothe hair.
